Tastefully renovated in 2023, with a nod to the history & heritage of its humble beginnings in 1926, Hotel Trentham is a traditional country pub, located in the heart of one of Victoria’s most iconic country towns. Not too fancy. Just what you would expect the town’s local pub to offer.
Hotel Trentham is open every day of the year. Our pub also manages Hotel Trentham Villas! Conveniently located in the heart of town, our two-storey, two-bedroom self-contained Villas can accommodate up to four adults in each (8 in total). Both Villas are situated adjacent to one another, making it the perfect stay for family & friends, and for business or a work conference. Hotel Trentham Villas are located approximately 100 metres from Hotel Trentham, and just 50 metres from Trentham’s two main streets, including our local shops, bakeries, cafes, restaurants & wine bars, and just a short 5-minute drive to the Trentham Golf Club, Trentham Falls, and The Wombat State Forest.

The Central Springs Inn comprises two charming historic buildings in central Daylesford. These include the 1875 National Trust building, classified as Howe’s Provender Store, and the 1865 Gentleman’s Guesthouse where you can find our reception, dining room and conference area. We also have additional spa and twin share rooms in our contemporary motel building.

Only 500m from the main street, Central Springs Inn offers air-conditioned accommodation with free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. The property features beautiful gardens and offers free parking.

This cosy, comfortable, and eccentric pub will warm you from both inside and out. With unique sitting areas, the choice between the front bar, parlour bar, main dining room, private dining room or laid back lounge/library is sometimes just too hard to make. Especially since each of these spaces offers a crackling fireplace.

The menu of traditional dishes like steak, fish and chips and parma, should satisfy your appetite. There is a regional wine list and a choice
of nine beers on tap (including apple cider) and a well-stocked top-shelf. They have a wide range of single malt whiskies that will warm your cockles or quench your thirst, whichever your greatest need.

Radio Springs Hotel also offers accommodation in a choice of four rooms, all with private ensuites. Rooms 1, 2 and 3 have a king-size bed, and Room 4 has a queen. Room 1 includes a romantic clawfoot bath whilst the other three rooms offer a shared balcony with steps down to the large garden.

The two acres of rambling garden in which to wander includes mature trees, lawns, perennial beds, roses and winding paths. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, listen to the birds, or gaze off into space.

Also, ask us about our courtesy bus service (called VIRGIL). It operates as far as Daylesford, Hepburn Springs, Woodend, Kyneton, Macedon and anything in between. It is used in connection with a group booking for either lunch or dinner.

Proudly at the forefront of Australia’s craft brewing movement for 20 years, Holgate Brewhouse is 100% independent and has supported and fostered innovation and creativity in traditionally crafted beers since 1999.  Co-founded by Paul Holgate and Tash Holgate, the family owned business continues to share their passion and beers through their expanded brew-pub, taproom and historic hotel in the village of Woodend, a short trip up the Calder Hwy from Melbourne in the magnificent Macedon Ranges.

Holgate Brewhouse is a historic hotel, with stylishly refurbished 10-room accommodation right beside the state of the art brewing operations and taproom! With over 20 Holgate beers on tap, all made on-site, there’s something for everyone….. so grab a tasting paddle and decide which is your favourite. 

FUNCTIONS: Our beautiful lead-light room is the original hotel guest dining room, and has been stylishly refurbished to create a gorgeous space for parties, functions, meetings, or boutique conferences. Embraced by a bay of historic lead-light windows, this warmly carpeted room has a delightful ambience and an old world charm, complete with roaring log fire. The space can be arranged to suit your requirements.

TAPROOM & VISITOR CENTRE: Our newly opened Taproom and Visitor Centre is available for private parties and events. With its own bar situated in our brand new state-of-the-art brewery, it is the perfect size for cocktail parties or corporate events of up to 90 guests standing, or 50 seated.

Featuring 16 taps, its own amenities, and indoor and outdoor areas, our taproom is a truly unique experience you can’t find anywhere else in Central Victoria.
