Owners Liz and Keith have spent the last two years restoring and renovating the original Miners Cottage and Shearers Quarters to include all home luxuries and modern amenities for their guests comfort.

Along with hosting guests, Liz and Keith have been passionate alpaca breeders for 25 years, running Buckland Alpacas, a leading alpaca stud in Australia. Located in the hamlet of Little Hampton, this bespoke luxury one-bedroom retreat is ideal for those special birthdays, proposals, anniversaries, a mini honeymoon, or simply as a place to escape to the country and create lasting memories. Little Hampton Farm is set on 60 acres, where regenerative and organic farming practices are applied. Here, they grow cherries, blueberries, heritage apples and berries, along with an expanding market garden which supplies seasonal produce for their farmgate, located in a purpose-built recycled brick shed. Welcome to our Artisanal Cooking School! We teach sourdough bread baking, fermenting: vegetables, black garlic, berry drinks. Homemade pasta skills, food preserving using Fowlers Vacola and other preserving jars. Vegan Soap making classes, Wild Fungi Foraging and Feasting. Pasture raised pork sausage making classes, salami workshops and wild edible weed identification and feasting sessions.

We love sharing our gnocchi making skills and adore taking groups on tours of our Farm ORTO. We share our Italian heritage with Italian folk songs and pizzica dance classes. For us the theatre and storytelling qualities inherent in cooking help us to create meaningful homes where vibrant music-rich kitchens bustling with the percussive sounds of chopping bring people together.

The four purpose-built luxury suites at Hanging Rock Views are some of the nicest rooms in the Daylesford Macedon Ranges region, each with its own ensuite, kitchenette and lounge area. Plus breakfast included.

The four suites include three Deluxe King Suites and one Deluxe Queen Suite. All have smart televisions, heated floors, reverse cycle air conditioning, kitchenettes with microwave, induction cooktop, air-fryer ovens, and fridge, as well as modern double-shower ensuite. Furnished with a couch, table and chairs, and comfortable beds with quality bed linen. Each suite has its own paved outdoor patio to take in the stunning views.

The contemporary design includes the highest quality fittings, plus all the mod cons needed to make for a memorable stay. The suites are individually decorated, named after the landmarks viewed from your room: Hanging Rock, Mount Alexander, Mount William, and Spring Hill. The 180 degree views are amazing, with Hanging Rock so close you feel you could touch it.

The location is second to none, there is so much to see and do with the best of the Macedon Ranges at your doorstep. Wineries, dining out, artisan workshops, historic buildings, award-winning gardens, nature reserves for site-seeing or hiking, bike rides and scenery, as well as incredible wildlife only metres from your room. Malmsbury Barn House is a bespoke built Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Malmsbury Village part of the Macedon Ranges, 1hr north of Melbourne. Malmsbury Barn House offers luxury accommodation: two private queen bedrooms(beds of highest quality) – the Alfresco and the Patio room with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, ensuites to both rooms, and private outdoor areas. Each bedroom (with locks) sleeps one couple. (Maximum of four guests). A large lounge / Library room (with wood burning heater) opens onto a spacious north facing patio with outdoor table and seating.

Everything you need to make your stay enjoyable is included such as towels, shampoo/conditioner etc. Both bedrooms have split aircon systems plus overhead fans.
